This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hey, I'm currently beginning my way into the programming and I was wondering (before I begin); How would you accomplish moving the blog plug-in you've included to the index page? I've tried extracting the code, renaming the page. Would I have to (fuck whats the word) 'frame' it into the index for it to remain there or do you have a special command that would allow me to do it.
Yes, Yes, but for some reason it is not automatically showing up when I go to 'www.sitename.com' instead it reverts back to that same old start page home, and if I delete that it goes to a blank page.
It is my pleasure as I am currently using and enjoying your WhiteCrane CMS.
I was wondering how easy you think it would be to port mods. I'm asking so I can do it not you, and I know I'll need to know PHP and CSS so no need to do that. I just wonder if you believe your system would have a easy time porting a mod from say Doku or Wordpress?
I also happened into the theme folder because the first thing I wanted to do was make the theme my own and noticed it said copyrighted to Wordpress. So, I'm just going to take it that it is easy to create themes for this, and your system can handle dramatic themes?
I hope to provide some of the very first mods and themes for your script.
WhiteCrane was coded from the ground up with the exception of the css file for the default theme. You could try to port these extensions as much of the code should include use its own independent methods but i can not say its possible as each extension is different and designed for a completely different system.
If you want to help expand WhiteCrane i would suggest starting fresh so you wont run into dependence issues and you can call the code your own.
You make me so happy!
You are my third watcher, and three is a special number!
Thanks, Evolyptic.
